• Client is responsible for providing accurate information and necessary content for project completion.

2. Invoices & Payment

• Invoices are generated automatically after the order form submission.
• Payment must be completed as per the package chosen and timeline discussed.
• We reserve the right to pause work on non-payment of invoices.

3. Communication

• We use email and phone calls as primary means of official communication.
• Delays in client feedback may affect project delivery timelines.

4. Revisions & Refunds

• Minor revisions are included based on package scope.
• Refunds are not applicable once the work has begun, unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Rights & Ownership

• Final designs and websites will be handed over after full payment.
• TWS reserves the right to showcase project work for portfolio purposes.

6. Legal & Disclaimer

• We strive to maintain security, performance, and support. However, we are not liable for third-party hosting or external service issues.
• This document is created for general understanding. For legal disputes, local laws apply.
